• How Far in Advance Should I Book Your Services?

  To secure your desired date, we recommend booking our services as early as possible, ideally 12 months in advance or more. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so feel free to reach out to check our availability, even if it's closer to your wedding date.

• When Should I Book in my Wedding Makeup Trial?

  The best time for a trial is around 3 months before the wedding day. Though, if you live further away or need to make alternative plans, it’s totally fine. We’re happy to be flexible around you and your availability.

• Can I Book a Trial Before Making a Booking?

  Unfortunately, we can't reserve dates without a deposit, so booking a trial before securing your date could risk losing our availability. However, we're happy to arrange a discovery call to address any concerns you have before the formalities of booking.

• How Long Will The Makeup Application Take?

  The duration of the makeup application will depend on various factors, though as a guide we always leave an hour for wedding makeup and around 40 minutes each for members of the wedding team.

• What Happens If I Need a Touch-up During the Wedding Day?

  Retouch bags are included in our wedding packages. You’ll receive a handy little bag which will include everything you need to keep your makeup looking tip-top all day long. Your wedding team will also receive sample pots of product to keep on hand if needed.

• What Products Do You Use?

  We use a range of high-end products from a diverse range of makeup brands. Something for everyone. We trust what we use to give exceptional results every-time, no matter your preferences or skin-type.
  However, these brands are usually our go to! KVD Vegan Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass Cosmetics, Vieve, Paula’s Choice and Makeup by Mario.

• Do You Offer Hair Styling?

  No, but we love working alongside hair-stylists to make your ideal supplier team. For your convenience, we've curated a list of our favourite hair stylists, which you can find on our blog.
