As a freelancer, I rely on travel to be able to do my job.

Therefore I only charge for locations and venues

more than 20 miles from my home address.

This helpful guide will outline my local venues and those further afield. Giving you a clear idea of the travel fee you may need to add onto your booking.

Local Venues
& Locations

Sandwiched between the Western Lake District and the Solway Coast, I’m spoilt for choice with picturesque views, historic towns and bloody good wedding venues.

My Local Towns are Cockermouth, Workington, Keswick, Whitehaven and their surrounding villages. I don’t charge for travel to and from these locations. Including but not limited to the following venues.

    £20 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Low Wood Bay, Cote How, The Langdale Chase, Holbeck Ghyll, Briery Wood, Merewood, Cragwood and Broadoaks Country House Hotel.

    £25 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as The Belsfield, The Ro, Storrs Hall, and Gilpin Lake House.

    £30 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Town Head Estate, The Swan at Newby Bridge, Silverholme Manor and Coniston Coppermines.

    £35 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Castle Green, The Villa Levens, and Netherwood Hotel and Spa

    £40 Travel Fee

Cumbria

  • Venues such as Blaithwaite House, and Muncaster Castle.

    £15 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Irton Hall and Wasdale Head.

    £20 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Inn on the Lake, Askham Hall, Blencowe Estate, Roundthorn Country House and Eden Hall Estate.

    £25 Travel Fee

  • Venues such as Hidden River Barn, Holesfoot, Long Acre Barn and Eden Barn.

    £30 Travel Fee
